MCA Guild Fine Craft Shows: League of New Hampshire Craftsmen Registration Information

The intent of the MCA Guild Fine Craft Shows, as it was under Maine Crafts Guild management, is to nurture a market place where the public can see, collect and learn about the highest quality craft objects made by Maine’s most dedicated, talented and trained craft artists who have mastered their tools, techniques and vision to create original fine craft objects for everyday use and special occasions. The MCA Guild Fine Craft Shows feature juried fine craft artists in MCA Guild level of membership. The shows will also include a selection of juried craft artists from the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen.

Attention League of New Hampshire Craftsmen: Please note there is an additional $50 registration fee for all booth selection prices listed (for LNHC members). This will be be added to your invoice accordingly. Once you have heard from show staff and paid your invoice, you are considered REGISTERED!

-Only artists making in the media represented by the Shows may exhibit (For example, MCA Guild Fine Craft Shows do not include photography, fine foods, other 2D fine art media)

We encourage you to apply if you produce original fine craft 3D objects in one or more of the following categories: basketry, ceramics, wearable fiber, decorative fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, paper, stone and wood.

-League members who are not MCA Guild Level members may be offered booths in the show after spaces have been offered to MCA Guild Level members.

-There is not a jury to exhibit, however there are some restrictions and your request to exhibit will need to be approved – please be prepared to supply additional images or links, besides what is found on your LNHC profile page.
*After filling out the registration form, you will be asked for a photo of your booth display (via email from lizz@mainecrafts.org) to coincide with the approval process.

25% Media: In an effort to curate a beautiful (and fair) fine craft show, booth space is also determined by the percentage of media currently registered, which could limit certain registrations. We will inform you asap if this quota has already been met.

-LNHC members may submit their request to exhibit through a form on the MCA site set up for this purpose and be notified by show staff as early as possible. (Link to the left).

Please note: Tent weights are mandatory for freestanding 10’x10′ pop-up style tents. (Anything not under the “Big Tents”). 40lb/pole is preferred.
