The MCA invites you (MCA members and non members) for three and a half days of studio workshops at Haystack Mountain School of Crafts. Instruction, room and board are included in the fee. Join us to spend dedicated time in the Haystack Studios with exceptional instructors and fellow students (and to enjoy good food + views!).

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

Students register online beginning in October 2018 by selecting first and second choice workshop and accomodations. Workshop and accommodations are on a first-come-first-served basis and waitlists are created as options fill. The registration form allows for only making a first choice and opting out of the workshop in the event you do not get your first choice. If your choice(s) are marked as waitlist-only, you may be added to the waitlist without paying the deposit - if that is the case, please email us: dorothy@mainecrafts.org

Important Dates and payment policies:

If you register prior to Jan 1, 2019: MCA will send you a Paypal invoice for your balance in January 2019 with a deadline to pay.

If you registered on or after Jan 1, 2019:  You will receive an invoice for the balance within two weeks with a deadline to pay.

IMPORTANT: Payment Deadline: Your invoice will have a deadline, if you miss the deadline without paying or contacting to us to set up an alternate payment plan we will offer your space to someone on the waitlist. 

Cancellations received by Wednesday March 6th will be refunded total workshop fees paid to date LESS the $100 non refundable deposit. (Example, $600 - $100 = $500, $500 is refunded.)

Cancellations received after March 6th will be refunded 50% of fees paid workshop fees paid to date LESS the $100 non refundable deposit. (Example, $600 - $100 = $500, $250 is refunded.)

MCA membership is non-refundable.

April: You will receive general information from the MCA about the workshop weekend and specific information about your workshop from your instructor.
