Ed has long been fascinated by wild creatures and spends much of his time outdoors observing and learning about them. Moving to Maine has allowed Ed a chance to explore this beautiful state's diverse habitats on land and at sea. His writing is intended to educate and entertain, in conjunction with presentations he gives regularly around the state. All proceeds from Ed's books benefit the conservation and public education efforts of the Harpswell Heritage Land Trust.
