Anysa Williamson Denby is a textile designer and screen printer based in Portland, Maine. She earned her BFA in Fashion and Textile Design with a Minor in Art & Entrepreneurship from Maine College of Art & Design (expected May 2025). Her brand, A.W.D Textile Designs, was born in the heart of a college studio, where a love for creativity and craftsmanship transformed into a business blending art and functionality. Specializing in natural dyeing, screen printing, and handcrafted textiles, Anysa creates one-of-a-kind garments and accessories that celebrate color, pattern, and individuality. Every piece is thoughtfully designed and made by hand—from dyeing and printing fabrics to cutting and stitching—ensuring a unique, personal touch in each creation. Her work explores the beauty of slow, intentional craftsmanship, transforming textiles into functional art that can be worn, carried, and lived with.
