NC explores landscape, wildlife portraits and sculpture in her hand dug local Maine Wild Clay. She also uses regional clays and minerals in her glazes as well as commercial underglaze and stain. Landscapes are our way of seeing the world inside out. Our internal architecture is reflected by the landscapes we find ourselves in, physically, emotionally, culturally and spiritually.
