As an artist I am focused on making handcrafted artwork using many materials and techniques, but with a particular focus on copper. These works are primarily produced using chasing and repousse techniques. Hammering copper over pitch, using punches of numerous shapes and sizes allows the formation of flat copper sheet into recognizable images. Trained as a furniture maker, I look forward to bringing this process, as well as other copper manipulations into one-of-a-kind works.
