Own a piece of jewelry history! A simple pattern runs horizontally across the edges of this copper cuff bracelet. The patterns used in these cuffs were originally created by the legendary Frank Morrow company of Providence, Rhode Island. Many of the pattern plates have been saved by a small family company and made available for use by artisans. Artist Michele Hennessey achieves the rich pattern in these copper cuffs by pressing the metal into the pattern plate using a rolling mill. The cuff is oxidized to enhance the fine details in the design.

Bracelet length: 6.25 Inches; Bracelet width: .75 Inches

About the Artist

Hennessey Jewelry
Michele Hennessey
Portland, Maine

Hennessey Jewelry is located in Portland, Maine, where business owner Michele has been creating jewelry and functional objects for 5 years. Hennessey Jewelry creates functional objects in response to stories – your loves, your hobbies, your adventures. One of a kind jewelry is often designed around the stone, with the metal and accents creating a narrative about an aspect of the stone. It may be an accent stone that brings out the best in the main stone, or a texture or pattern from the stone that is repeated in the surrounding metal. Creating pieces that commemorate the special memories of her customers and making beautiful pieces that tell a tale of their own are what brings Michele joy.
