Booth Availability
Booths and tables are available first come first serve upon approval. Please use the button link below to apply and pay for a booth. If all booths are full, you will be placed on the waitlist.

Dates to remember:
1/30/20 Vendor applications are open to MCA members
3/31/20 member registration deadline
4/1/20 Vendor application open to non-members (see new rates below)
5/1/20 Cancellation deadline for 50% refund (no refunds post 5/1)

Booth Costs
MCA Members:
10′ x 10′ outdoor tent spaces – $70
10′ x 10′ shared outdoor tent spaces – $70 ($35 per vendor)
6′ x 4′ indoor table spaces $35

Non-MCA Members + Late Member Fee Rates starting 4/1/20
10′ x 10′ outdoor tent spaces – $90
10′ x 10′ shared outdoor tent spaces – $90 ( $45 per vendor)
6′ x 4′ indoor table spaces $45

A few more details…

  • There will be a designated area for FREE items
  • There will be a designated area for large equipment, vendors please note your large equipment display needs on the registration form!

And a few rules and regs…

  • Vendors must bring their own tents and tables
  • Only sell items from your own studio
  • Only sell art/craft related items (not household, not full-price products from your line)
  • Vendors required to be present all day
  • Vendors process their own sales and collect sales tax as required
  • Sale is Rain or Shine, no refunds for bad weather
  • Please take your own trash, or pay $6 per bag at the end of the event

If you are a non member, but want to sign-up during the "members only" period before March 31st we welcome you to join at the Basic, Professional levels and will invoice you accordingly - just let us know!

We will allow vendors to sell hazardous art/craft materials, but would like to know about it ahead of time and have it properly packaged. Please tell us what hazmats you will be selling and anything we should know about it.
