Originally from Pennsylvania, Emily received her B.F.A in Crafts and B.S. in Art Education from Kutztown University. She moved to Maine in 2014 for a 1 year internship with studio jeweler and gallery owner, Cara Romano. Since then, she has made a home in Maine to begin her career creating wearable jewelry with vitreous enamel and sterling silver.
Emily frequently travels to exhibit in crafts shows around the country. She is the recipient of the J. Allen Pawling Crafts Memorial Award, an American Crafts Week 30 Under 30 Rising Star, and a 2017 Top 5 Halstead Grant Finalist.
She’s passionate the physical act of making, but also see’s the importance of running of business and very much enjoys that aspect of the field.
