Dragons Craft Fair
Robert V. Connors Elementary School

October 5 th ,2024 – Saturday 9AM to 3PM

All proceeds from space rental will benefit Connors Elementary School. Advertising will be in the Lewiston Sun Journal and the road sign at Lewiston High School. Please share the event on your individual Facebook Pages to help get the word out.
The following information will be helpful in completing the application form which can be found on the back of this page. As well as assist you in the planning portion for the day of the event.

**The number of vendors will be limited! Vendors make up about 10% of this fair. The other 90% consists of crafters, so if you represent a company, get your application in early! This is the second year of Connors Annual craft Fair and look forward to another great event. Wishing everyone a successful day.

Spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis. All applications are due no later than September 6, 2024

 Crafters/Vendors will be notified to confirm participation in the fair, AFTER payment has cleared. If you have not heard from us within a few days, you are not confirmed!

Please keep in mind that craft fairs book up quickly, once all spaces are filled we will start a waiting list.

Application and Logistics

• Each vendor is asked to donate one item for the Raffle Table.
• Cost: 10’ X 10’ space is $40.00. (Table is not provided) Limited supply of tables can be reserved with your space for $5. each until supplies runs out.
• Set up times: Friday October 4 th from 6:00PM to 8:00PM and Saturday Oct 5 th 7: AM to 9:00AM. Doors will not be open before 6:30AM
• Break down: Your space should not be taken down before 3 PM on Saturday Oct 5 the
• If you leave early you will not be asked back the following year
• Assistance: Volunteers will be on hand to assist in unloading/loading.
• All items MUST stay within your 10’ X 10’ space. If any items are set up outside of this space, they will be moved by staff.
• Table coverings will NOT be provided.
• Electricity will be limited, it will be based on a first come, first served basis.
