Support Maine Crafts Association

By making a tax-deductible donation you support our work and our commitment to build upon Maine’s rich craft traditions by nurturing a vibrant, supportive, inclusive craft community with educational programs and resources.

Since 1983, Maine Crafts Association has developed valuable educational programs for craft artists to strengthen their businesses, elevate their creative practices, and collaborate with other artists in an inclusive community. Your contributions enable us to enhance our services and increase our reach in Maine. Each donation is an affirmation of our work: Different from grant funds, program fees, or membership dues, your gift brings us pride in knowing you have instilled trust in our organization by allowing us to put precious funds toward our greatest needs.

The Bottom Line
Help us where we need it most: Donating to our general fund helps the MCA meet our most pressing needs and cover operating costs to sustain our annual programs. Your gift, no matter the size, is important and helps us provide life-changing and life-sustaining support to artists in Maine.

Cornerstone
In exchange for funding and commitment, Cornerstone level supporters are aligned with our values:
Craftsmanship, Entrepreneurship, Tradition & Ingenuity. We connect Cornerstone level businesses to our 600+ members, 11,000+ mailing list, 250,000+ social media connections, plus in-person engagements and co-branded marketing.

The Bliss Fund
An artist scholarship fund to enable artists to participate in Haystack Weekend Workshop or other MCA programs at no cost. The fund was created in honor and appreciation of former MCA executive director, Sadie Bliss, in 2022.

Friends of Maine Craft
Our donor circle, Friends of Maine Craft, invites those with a deep appreciation of the boundless creativity, fine craftsmanship, entrepreneurial spirit and grit of Maine’s craft artists to support the Maine Crafts Association and our mission with an annual gift.
