Lawrence is the Publisher of Down East, the magazine of Maine where he has been for nearly 20 years. He manages everything under the Down East brand from cover to cover including circulation, digital strategy, the retail shop and Down East Adventures. He lives on a farm in the midcoast area where he spends time with his family, gardens and the farm as a whole. His previous work experience has involved non-profits, the environmental consulting field and marketing. While he comes from a long line of successful artists in his family, he finds clay to be his own preferred medium.
